NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 22nd, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Rock Creek Storage, 95 Thomson Rd, Esko, Carlton County, Minnesota, 55733, Rock Creek Storage will sell at Public Sale the following described property, to-wit:
All items stored within Unit # E-8
Said sale shall be held for the purpose of foreclosing a possessory lien claimed by Rock Creek Storage pursuant to Section 514.970, Minnesota Statutes for the account of Margaret Bukowioc, that said lien arises out of the storage and safekeeping of said property; that at the time of the said sale there will be due and owing for said services, the sum of $600.00, exclusive of the costs of sale.
