The Board of Appeal and Equalization for Solway Township will be held via Open Book meeting on Tuesday April 13th, 2021, from 4:00 PM to 5:00PM. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor.
If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor's office to discuss your concerns. If changes need to be considered, your assessor, with you could forward this proposed change to the St. Louis County Board of Appeals. If he decides no change is warranted, you would still be able to take your concern to the St. Louis County Board of Appeals.
