The Board of Education of Independent School District 93, Carlton, Minnesota, met Committee of the Whole Meeting on Monday, April 13, 2020. Lehto called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Members present by technology and remotely: Gustafson, Chmielewski, Hagenah, Karp, Lehto, Ojibway, with Superintendent Carman.

The Board discussed updates on Distant Learning The Board discussed the following discussion/planning with Wrenshall School District:
• Legislation for Enhanced Debt Equalization Aid
• Facility Planning
• Consolidation/Referendum Planning

The Board discussed the 2020-21 Budget and Administration Structure.

The meeting adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
