WE Health Clinic has seen more out-of-state patients than in the past, and St. Luke's OB-GYN Jennifer Boyle said several patients have cited the Supreme Count rulings as reasons for wanting their tubes tied or birth control.

The scene at the court has become more tense following protests and threats against some justices prompted by the May leak of a draft opinion indicating they are set to overturn the landmark 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling.
The justices are expected to rule by the end of this month in a challenge by two firearms owners and the New York affiliate of the National Rifle Association to that state's restrictions on carrying concealed handguns in public.
WE Health Clinic, the only abortion provider in northern Minnesota, northern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula, could become more in demand for out-of-state patients.
