Head coach: Chandra Allen

Assistant coaches: Ryan Zimny, Harry Cottrell, Jamie Jazdzewski, Ed Martin and Jennifer Shepherd

Returning starters:

  • Boys: Josh Sanders, Benjamin Bauer, Sam Buytaert, Cale Prosen and Miles Fischer

  • Girls: Harmony Tracy, Amelia Allen, Lauren Sertich, Charlotte Ripp and Kellie Martin

New faces to watch:

  • Boys: A.J. Maijala, Sam Brenner and Jake Mertz

  • Girls: Victoria Nelson and Kiara Cloud

Team strengths: "Both the boys and girls teams are returning five runners from the varsity roster last year," coach Chandra Allen said. "They have experience and are ready to race after missing their track season last spring. The boys have a tight pack with their top five. The girls have a lot of depth and are coming together in their training."

Biggest challenge: "For the boys team, the biggest challenge is that last season we graduated a group of seniors that were strong leaders and successful," Allen said. "I would like to see the girls team tighten up their split between the number one and number five runners."

Coach's assessment: "Overall, I am excited for this season," Allen said. "The kids are excited to train and compete with one another. We have a great group of coaches and kids."
