The Wrenshall Board of Education's Committee of the Whole meeting was held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 in the Wrenshall School Commons.
Members present: Matthew Laveau, Janaki Fisher-Merritt, Renea House, Michelle Blanchard, and Tony Sheda.
Members Absent: Warren Weiderman.
Five Facility options were presented and discussed. The presenters of this information were Dick Tracy, Wrenshall School District Safety Consultant, and Mike Smith, Director of Buildings and Grounds, as well as Mark Walch and Kirk Ilenda from Boldt Construction.
Option Zero - $3,488,700.00
Deferred Maintenance needed no matter what - used as base for other options.

Base + Rec Bldg renovation + site upgrades
Option Two - $8,388,700.00
Base + new 2-court field house + site upgrades
Option Three - $11,488,700.00
Base + new field house + new cafeteria + site upgrades
Option Four - $15,852,700.00
Base + field house + cafeteria + new offices & classrooms + latchkey upgrade + site upgrades
Other - Community members expressed opinions regarding the presented materials.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:28 p.m.
