NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Thomson Board of Adjustments and Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Thomson Town Hall, 25 E. Harney Road, Esko, MN on Monday, September 12, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following variance request:
Variance # 16-06, Sean Ochis, 63 Bruce Circle, Esko MN: To construct a garage with less than the minimum setback from West Highway 61. This property is described Lot 23 and part of Lot 21, Wilmart Division, Township 49N, Range 16W, Thomson Township.
