NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Thomson Board of Adjustments and Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Thomson Town Hall, 25 E. Harney Road, Esko, MN on Monday, May 16, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. to consider the following variance request:
Variance # 16-02, TechScape for Verizon Wireless and property owner Bruce Larson, 1710 Hegberg Road, Duluth, MN: To be allowed to construct a communication tower 199' in height. The maximum allowed height is 150'. This property is described as part of the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ , Section 22, Township 49N, Range 16W, Thomson Township, 41 Juntunen Road, Esko MN.
