After remaining closed last season due to safety concerns with the COVID-19 pandemic, The Beach at Pinehurst Park is now set to reopen at full capacity this June.
The pool and beach area will officially be open to public starting June 14, with season passes being sold from now until June 13.
Hours of operation will be noon-7 p.m. weekdays and noon-5 p.m. weekends, with weekday hours being reduced in August.
"It'll just be really great to get the pond open again," Cloquet Community Education Director Erin Bates said.
According to Bates, the beach will not have any COVID-19 regulations in place due the recent loosening of restrictions by Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and the large capacity of the beach area.

She explained that the beach has a maximum capacity of approximately 1,800 people, with a typical day seeing somewhere between 500 and 600 total people in attendance throughout the day.
Locker rooms, concessions and other amenities will be in full operation.
Bates said Community Education is looking to hire concession workers and lifeguards for the 2021 season.
