Photos and video: Tractors and tradition with Lakehead Harvest Holiday Hayrides

Lakehead Harvest is a educational nonprofit organization that is dedicated to the preservation of the past. For three weekends in December, their grounds at 70 E. St. Louis River Road in Esko are turned into a celebration of the holidays and history as visitors can sit in hay racks pulled by vintage tractors and ride on a trail through the woods that features holiday lights and decorations. There are also campfires, concessions, craft vendors and kids activities. Santa Claus is also a frequent guest! The 2021 Lakehead Harvest Holiday Hayrides wrap up Sunday, Dec. 19, going from 2-8:30 p.m. For more information, visit lakeheadharvestshow.com.
