  • Trey E. Mitchell, 28, Cloquet, possession of a controlled substance, imposition stayed on three years probation with conditions, 111 days local confinement and 13 months in prison, prison time stayed.

  • Kyle S. Colsen, 25, Duluth, contributing to delinquency of a child or status as petty offender, fined $100 and one year local confinement, time stayed on two years probation.
  • William G. Houle, 50, Cloquet, possession of a controlled substance, 56 days local confinement and 19 months in prison, prison time stayed on three years probation with conditions; second count possession of a controlled substance, imposition stayed on three years probation with conditions, 81 days local confinement.
  • Brooklyn R. Lipinski, 22, Duluth, operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, fined $300 and 90 days local confinement, 88 days stayed on one year probation with conditions.
  • Vernon L. Miller Jr., 54, Cloquet, operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, fined $500 and 90 days local confinement, 86 days stayed on one year probation with conditions.
  • Joseph C. Morales, 38, Harrisburg, Oregon, public nuisance - annoy/injure/endanger safety, adjudication stayed for one year, one day local confinement.
  • David E. Nikko, 51, Wright, purchase tobacco for a minor, fined $50.
  • Anatasia Sagorsky, 21, Berkley, California, trespass - enter locked/posted construction site, adjudication stayed for one year.
  • Elizabeth A. St. John, 30, Cloquet, theft, 90 days local confinement, 58 days stayed on one year probation; assault, fined $50 and 90 days local confinement, 85 days stayed on one year probation with conditions.

  • Ashley L. Diver, 32, Cloquet, driving after suspension, fined $200.
  • John W. Enger Jr., 44, Duluth, driving after suspension (offense dated: 5/23/16), fined $200.
  • Brent A. Gorder, 30, Duluth, driving after revocation and failure to obey a lawful order, $420 total for fines and fees.
  • Kyle J. Gould, 28, Hermantown, driving 95 mph in a 70 mph zone, fined $70.
  • Mario F. Lozoya, 26, Cloquet, 26, Cloquet, operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, fined $500 and 90 days local confinement, time stayed on one year probation with conditions.
  • Emily B. Moore, 46, Hutchinson, Minnesota, three counts driving after revocation (offenses dated: 4/29/16, 5/21/16, 6/27/16), fined $200 per each count.
