At a Public Hearing on June 5, 2019, the City of Wrenshall City Council adopted Ordinance No. 19-01. The purpose of this Ordinance is to protect the health, welfare and safety of the public and the environment by requiring the reduction of Inflow and Infiltration ("I & I") by minimizing the risk of overflows into the Wastewater Collection and Transmission System.



The specific title of the Ordinance is "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STANDARDS FOR REDUCTION OF INFLOW AND INFILTRATION (I&I)". The full Ordinance is available for public review at the City Clerk's Office during regular office hours.
