World Elder Abuse Awareness Day/Senior Day in Cloquet, 11 a.m.-3 p.m., Veterans Memorial Park, Cloquet. Mayor Maki has proclaimed June 15 as Senior Day. Reliable Insurance and Northwoods Credit Union are sponsoring the event with all proceeds going to the senior center’s Meals on Wheels program. Local food and craft vendors, music, prizes and free photo booth. Arrowhead Transit will provide free bus rides to and from the event; call 800-862-0175 at least an hour ahead of time. Free water, coffee and cookies; other food and beverages available for purchase. COVID-19 protocols will be enforced as dictated by state and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines.

Awards go to the top three overall male and female winners and age division winners. Presented by the Milltown Miler's Running Club.
