Requests for RFP's should be addressed to Paul DH Pederson, and the envelope clearly marked to indicate the contents.
This is not a solicitation for agents/consultants. No Vendor may withdraw his/her RFP within thirty (30) days after date of opening RFP's without the consent of the Board of Education. Cloquet School District #94 reserves the right to reject any or all RFP's and to waive any informalities or irregularities. Cloquet School District #94 reserves the right to select the proposal which best meets the needs of the Cloquet School District #94, pursuant to M.S. 471.6161, Subd. 3.
