CITY OF CLOQUET
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing to consider a Vacation of the east/west Alley between Broadway Street and Main Street located north of Saint Louis Avenue for Bert Whittington. The vacation being proposed is for a portion of the alley in Block 9, City of Cloquet Dunlaps Addition.
An application has been received from Bert Whittington pursuant to Section 17.2.09 of the City Code. The property is located north of Saint Louis Avenue, west of Broadway Street and east of Main Street and is described as follows:
That portion of the Alley located between Lots 1 through 5 and 20 through 24, Block 9, City of Cloquet Dunlaps Addition.
The hearing will be conducted by the Cloquet Planning Commission at its regular September meeting on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 7:00 pm at Cloquet City Hall, 1307 Cloquet Avenue, Cloquet, Minnesota. Persons wishing to comment on the proposal may do so in person at the hearing or in writing by addressing their comments to the Community Development Department, 1307 Cloquet Avenue, Cloquet, prior to the hearing.
