NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing to consider a Conditional Use Permit for Jennifer Orn Lowman. The Conditional Use Permit is for an Animal Kennel in the FR - Farm Residential District.
An application has been received from Jennifer Orn Lowman pursuant to Section 17.2.06 of the City Code. The property is located at 322 West St. Louis River Road (PIN 06-510-0010) and is legally described as follows:
The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (also known as Government Lot 1), Section 1, Township 49, Range 17, Carlton County, Minnesota, EXCEPT the following 2 described tracts of land: EXCEPTION 1: The North 503.00 feet of the East 779.00 feet of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter. EXCEPTION 2: Beginning at the southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence westerly, along the south line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, a distance of 660.00 feet; thence northerly, parallel with the east line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, a distance of 330.00 feet; thence easterly, parallel with said south line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, a distance of 660.00 feet to said east line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence southerly, along last described line, a distance of 330.00 feet to said point of beginning. Subject to an easement for the public road along the easterly side thereof and any other easement of record, if any.
The hearing will be conducted by the Cloquet Planning Commission at its regular May meeting on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at 7:00 pm at the Cloquet City Hall, 1307 Cloquet Avenue, Cloquet, Minnesota. Persons wishing to comment on the proposal may do so in person at the hearing or in writing by addressing their comments to the Community Development Department, 1307 Cloquet Avenue, Cloquet, prior to the hearing.
