CITY OF CLOQUET
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing to consider a Vacation of Hawthorne Street located north of Carlton Avenue West for Robert F. and Mary A Himango; Patrick and Linda Welch; and, the City of Cloquet. The vacation being proposed is for that portion of Hawthorne Street adjacent to Block 7 and 8, Northern Lumber Companies Second Division.
An application has been received from Robert F. and Mary A Himango; Patrick and Linda Welch; and, the City of Cloquet pursuant to Section 17.2.13 of the City Code. The property is located north of Carlton Avenue West, west of Laurel Street and east of Hawthorne Street and is described as follows:
That portion of Hawthorne Street located between Blocks 7 and 8, Northern Lumber Companies Second Division.
The hearing will be conducted by the Cloquet Planning Commission at its regular October meeting on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at 7:00 pm at Cloquet City Hall, 1307 Cloquet Avenue, Cloquet, Minnesota. Persons wishing to comment on the proposal may do so in person at the hearing or in writing by addressing their comments to the Community Development Department, 1307 Cloquet Avenue, Cloquet, prior to the hearing.
