SPECIAL SCHOOL BOARD MINUTES
JULY 13, 2015
The Board of Education of Independent School District 93, Carlton, Minnesota, met in special session on Monday, July 13, 2015. Emerson called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. Members present: Bennett, Emerson, Gay, Hagenah, and Karp with Superintendent Haapala and Business Manager Eiffler. Members absent: Gibson.
Karp made motion to approve the meeting agenda with support from Bennett. Motion passed unanimously.
Gay offered a motion to approve the hire of Norman Nelis as Finance Assistant per the Confidential Employees Bargaining Unit contract for 2015-2017 to begin July 13, 2015, pending background check. Karp seconded the motion and the motion carried by a 5-0 vote.
There being no further business, Gay made motion to adjourn with support by Bennett and a unanimous consensus, the meeting adjourned at 7:07 p.m.
