Northern Communities Credit Union Marketing Specialist Jeff Papas won two national excellence awards at the recent Credit Union National Association marketing and business development convention in Las Vegas.
Papas received a CUNA Diamond Award, which is the organization's highest honor for marketing excellence, for the credit union's ATM and debit cards which feature his original photography. He also received a national Award of Merit for the credit union's "We are NCCYou" television advertising series.
Work on the television series was a joint project with Blue Yonder Media, Inc. of Duluth and Raleigh, N.C.
"Obviously, we're very proud of Jeff and the excellent work he did," NCCYou President/CEO Larry Champeaux said. "Our NCCYou re-branding campaign is a tremendous success and we're happy to see national recognition given for a job well done."
The 18th annual CUNA Marketing and Business Development Conference was held March 16-19 at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas.
