Bob Falsani, Jim Balmer and Jim Peterson partners in the law firm that bears their names, will all be included again in the 2020 edition of the Best Lawyers in America. Selection is the result of a rigorous peer review selection process that includes the country’s top attorneys. Less than 4% of licensed attorneys are so honored.
Falsani has published over eighty articles on Worker’s Compensation and Personal Injury litigation and lectures widely on the subjects. Named as a Minnesota Super Lawyer 27 times, he is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA). Falsani is the only lawyer in the State of Minnesota to be selected by his peers for both the American Board of Trial Advocacy and to be a College of Worker’s Compensation Lawyers’ fellow. In 2009 he received the Minnesota Association for Justice’s highest honor - The Lifetime Achievement Award.
In addition, Balmer has been recognized as a Minnesota Super Lawyer every year since 1998. He is certified as a civil trial specialist by the NBTA and as a senior civil trial specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association. Balmer is also a diplomate of the American Board of Trial Advocacy. He has lectured extensively on trial tactics, court rules and evidentiary issues.
