FAST*Fest is a theater lover’s dream come true. Twelve hours of theater. And it’s coming to Cloquet. FAST*Fest is a 20-minute play festival, put together by the Minnesota Association of Community Theatres (MACT), and it’s happening at the Encore Performing Arts Center, the home of the County Seat Theater Company, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 16.
