CITY OF CLOQUET NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENTARY City of Cloquet Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP) As mandated by the Clean Water Act and Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, the City of Cloquet has developed a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program. The SWPPP is a document unique to the City of Cloquet; a required piece of the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Permit (MS4) necessary to own and operate a storm sewer system.

Emerson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. The meeting continued with the Pledge of Allegiance. Members present: Chmielewski, Emerson, Gibson, Karp, Lehto with Superintendent Carman and Business Manager Eiffler. Hagenah absent. MOTION by Lehto to approve the amended meeting agenda was supported by Karp. Motion passed 5-0.
