This image from the Minnesota Department of Transportation shows an overlay of the proposed roundabout at Minnesota Highway 33 at I-35 in Cloquet, an intersection that has been plagued by accidents, some of them deadly. MnDOT officials say a roundabout will slow traffic and eliminate deadly T-bone accidents. Special to the Pine Journal

Elizabeth Peterson mans the Epilepsy Foundation booth at Mentoring Day, an event for students with disabilities in grades 8-12. Over 360 students participated, along with their parents, to gain knowledge and skills that will help them transition into adulthood.
