Visitors view the inside of one of the apartments at old Lincoln Park School. The same company that wants to renovate the current Cloquet Middle School into apartments turned the West Duluth school into 50 workforce housing units, as well as a home base for several area nonprofits, including the Boys and Girls Club of the Northland.
