Lulla Lillian Parker

Lulla Lillian Parker, 91 of Cloquet died Monday, June 11, 2018 in St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth. She was born on the family farm in Revillo, South Dakota on February 12, 1927 to Paul and Augusta Butzin.

Lulla married Guy Charles Parker in 1944. They moved from South Dakota to a small farm south of Bemidji in 1946. After farming ten years they moved to their current home in Cloquet where she enjoyed working in her vegetable and flower gardens.

Lulla loved spending time with all her grandchildren and baking their favorite cookies, fried bread and caramel rolls. Embroidering, cooking and making flannel quilts for each grandchild were only a few of her enjoyments.

Lulla was preceded in death by her husband, Guy; son, Charles; and daughter, Debra.

She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie (Woody) Jones of Mahtowa; sons, Gary (Melissa) of Carlton, Steven (Lori) of Foley, and Scott (Nathalie) of Cloquet; brother, Herbert Butzin of South Dakota; sister, Eva Selinger of Oregon; 23 grandchildren; 43 great grandchildren; one great great grandson; and many extended family. She was very loved and will be missed by all.

Visitation: 10 until the 11:00 a.m. funeral service Monday, June 18, 2018 in the Atkins Northland Funeral Home, 801 14th St., Cloquet. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery.
