Cloquet’s Kevin Sebunia sits in front of a broken down sidewalk cut-out, or ramp, that makes it difficult for him and others to get on and off the sidewalk safely. He’d like to see more and better sidewalks connecting routes around the city, so he wouldn’t have to ride in his wheelchair down the shoulder of the roads as often, which puts him at risk of being hit by people driving in vehicles.
