Charlene “Char” Evelyn Kelly, 65, of Duluth, Minn., passed away unexpectedly Monday, March 25, 2013, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Duluth as result of a bicycle accident. Char was born Aug, 20, 1947, in Duluth to Earl and Evelyn (McGath) Gorder. She attended Lincoln Elementary School and graduated from Proctor High School in 1965, where she was voted “Most Congenial” of her class.
