Eugene Craig Eller, 63, of Barnum, Minn., passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at home. He was born April 22, 1949, in Superior, Wis., to Donald and Esther (Mahlman) Eller and graduated from Barnum High School. Gene worked in the finishing room for Potlatch Corporation/Sappi and was a member of the Potlatch Quarter Century Club. He enjoyed motorcycling, hunting, fishing and reading.

He was born Feb. 20, 1933, in Cloquet to Edwin and Hilda (Fredrickson) Abrahamson and graduated from Cloquet High School in 1952. Roger served as a Corporal in the U.S. Army. He worked at Potlatch Corporation, the Duluth News Tribune and as a mental health director for the Onamia Indian Reservation.
