Billie Rae Kulaszewicz, 35, of Cloquet pleaded guilty to one felony count of third-degree sale of a narcotic and received a stay of imposition in Carlton County Court on Monday. A second felony count of third- degree sale of a narcotic was dismissed as part of a plea agreement, along with one felony count of fifth-degree possession of marijuana and one gross misdemeanor count of child endangerment.
