Mandy Lea (Wills) Illikainen
Mandy Lea Illikainen, 32, formerly of Barnum, Minn., passed away Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2012, in Richmond, Va., with family by her side. She was born June 22, 1980, in Duluth, Minn., to Debbie Wills and Dan Putney. Mandy was united in marriage to Jacob Illikainen on Aug. 6, 1999. She was devoted to her loving husband, Jacob of 13 years, and to her wonderful children, Alyssa and Dylan.

Mandy was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Art Wills.
She is survived by her husband, Jacob; children, Dylan and Alyssa; mother, Debbie Wills; father, Dan Putney; mother-in-law, Nettie Illikainen; maternal grandmother, Lois (Chris) Olsen/Wills; paternal grandparents, Bob and Sara Putney; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 30, at Nelson Funeral Care, 1004 Cloquet Ave., Cloquet. A private family funeral will be held Monday, Dec. 31. A spring interment will take place at the Leonard Cemetery in Kettle River, Minn.
Memorials are preferred.
