Richard K. Danielson, 76, born in Cloquet, Minn., on Nov. 20, 1936, passed away at his home in Sparks, Nev., on Sunday, Nov. 25, 2012, surrounded by his family. He was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Cathedral.
He was preceded in his death by his parents, Carl and Dorothy Danielson, and his two brothers, Bob and Jim Danielson.
He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Janis; two daughters, JaNell Reader of Florida and Stacy (Joe) Terry of Reno, Nev.; his very special granddaughter, Brooke (Bob) Precourt of California; four granddaughters, Zoe, Brittany, Rochelle and Marissa; two grandsons, Zachary and Matthew; his sister, Donna (Rich) Doddridge of California; and many other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to Community Cats of Reno or your local animal shelter.
