Marie Helen Kiefer
Marie H. Kiefer, 92, of Cloquet, Minn., passed away Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2012, at Sunnyside Health Care Center in Cloquet. She was born Dec. 31, 1919, in Bloomington, Ill., to Carl and Ida Mae Paneitz. Marie was united in marriage to Clarence Kiefer on Jan. 14, 1939.

Marie is survived by her daughters, Ruth Hauschild of Tennessee, Sharon (Gary) Keuper of North Carolina and Gloria Kiefer of Cloquet; her son, Terry Kiefer of Tennessee; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and three sister-in-laws, Betty Carlson, Millie Eklund and Edith Carlson.
A graveside service was held at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 24, at Mount Salem Cemetery in Mahtowa, Minn., followed by a luncheon at Grace Baptist Church in Cloquet.
Memorials are preferred to Grace Baptist Church.
