Polly Deutsch, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and daughter, 77, of St. Paul, Minn., died Tuesday, April 3, 2012.
Polly Deutsch, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and daughter, 77, of St. Paul, Minn., died Tuesday, April 3, 2012.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy J. Deutsch.
She is survived by her children, Debra, Peggy, Steve, Greg and Tony; 12 grandchildren; mother, Viola Polvi of Esko; and sisters, Pat Meisner of Scanlon and Karon (Vic) Langer of Diamond Bluff, Wis.
A gathering of family and friends was held Saturday, April 7, followed by a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial in St. Paul. Private burial was held at Resurrection Cemetery in St. Paul.

Polly was one of my classmates all through school. We were the two Paulines in our class, so they always separated us at Garfield Elementary. Her mother was a classmate and friend of my mother, too. Polly was one of the most joyful people I have ever known. She always, always had a smile and a laugh for everyone. I have nothing but happy memories of her.Poulsbo, WA 04/11/2012 11:40 AM
