Dale Douglas Heine, 56, of Tulsa, Okla., and formerly of Lake Worth, Fla., and Cloquet, Minn., died Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2011, in Tulsa.
Visitation: Saturday, Dec. 17, from noon until the 1 p.m. Gathering of Family and Friends at Nelson Funeral Care, Cloquet, followed by a light lunch in the fellowship room.
