David Donald Foote is wanted for questioning by Northeastern Minnesota law enforcement regarding an extensive marijuana growing operation. Foote, 40, of rural Duluth, is 5 foot 7 inches tall, weights 135 pounds, has reddish brown hair and blue eyes.
