Tough defense gives Barnum boys wins over McGregor, Pillager

Things stayed on track for the Barnum boys basketball team last week with another couple of wins. Friday the Bombers downed McGregor 82-64 and on Saturday it was a road victory over Pillager. “We came out strong against McGregor and jumped to an early lead,” mentioned Bomber coach Rich Newman. “We did fall asleep a bit on defense and Jake Root started hitting some shots for them.”
