Harold “Hal” Jerome Seeland

Harold “Hal” Jerome Seeland, 80, of Saginaw died Sunday, Jan. 21, 2007, in Community Memorial Hospital, Cloquet, surrounded by his loving family. He was born Sept. 25, 1926, in Irving Township, Kandiyohi County, Minn., the son of Sivert and Esther Seeland. Hal served in the Navy during World War II with his last tour of duty on the aircraft carrier USS Ticonderoga. He married Marilyn Larson on April 15, 1952, in Paynesville, Minn. From 1951 until his retirement in 1982, Hal was a truck driver, working for Northwest Roofing and Overhead Door and Raiter Construction.
