Restructuring elementary schools low on priority list

Cloquet’s two elementary schools, Washington and Churchill, each serve children kindergarten though fifth grade. The issue of one school becoming a kindergarten through second grade and the other becoming a third through fifth grade was raised and studied 10 years ago — and again two years ago.
