Bill and Kate Isles holiday concert rescheduled for Wednesday at the Encore

The Encore Performing Arts Center and Gallery has rescheduled acoustic singer/songwriter duo Bill and Kate Isles for a holiday performance at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, after weekend shows were cancelled due to poor weather conditions.
