Willard Munger State Trail reopens between Carlton and West Duluth

A 14-mile section of the Willard Munger State Trail between Carlton and West Duluth that was damaged during the June flood event reopened to the public for limited use, according to the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR).
