Emergency sirens to be tested monthly

Carlton County Emergency Preparedness Director Brian Belich recently announced that there will now be monthly testing of the emergency sirens in Cloquet, Scanlon, Carlton, Wrenshall, Barnum, Kettle River and Moose Lake.
