DEED asking flood damaged businesses to fill out survey

Flood-affected businesses/non-profits are encouraged to complete and submit the attached one page survey to the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) as soon as possible. This information is needed as the State prepares to seek Federal disaster recovery assistance and for State of Minnesota support and assistance.
