Our Neighbors...Kevin Aho
When Kevin Aho, at the age of 15, first started out as a line cook at Hardee’s Restaurant in Cloquet, he wasn’t overly impressed. “I hated it at first,” he admitted, “– until I figured out what I was doing!” Today, he is an award-winning chef at Izaty’s Resort on Lake Mille Lacs, where he has become as well known for his business acumen as he has for his culinary flair.By: Wendy Johnson, Pine Journal
