Indian treaties discussed at Carlton County museum

Tom Ross, a member of the Upper Sioux Community and consultant for the Minnesota Humanities Center, will discuss the Smithsonian Institution traveling exhibit “Why Treaties Matter: Self-Government in the Dakota and Ojibwe Nations” today at the Carlton County Historical Society.
