Local man is top Firearms Safety instructor in the state

Thursday's Minnesota Deer Hunters Association banquet in Carlton was packed, with cars parked halfway up the highway and folks lining up to get into the Four Seasons Community Center. Mike Neault and his wife Linda were guests of honor at the banquet.
