Split Rock River Wayside is officially opened

The Minnesota Department of Transportation and North Shore Scenic Drive Council gathered for a ribbon cutting ceremony and to tour the wayside, along with members of the family of Lawrence “Larry” Moon, founding chair of the North Shore Scenic Drive Council,for whom the wayside is dedicated.
