MSOP clients charged for crimes inside the Moose Lake facility

Two clients from the Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) facility in Moose Lake appeared in Carlton County Court Friday morning for crimes committed within the facility. Hearings scheduled for both men were continued until Sept. 29, because attorney Terri Ann Port Wright only recently started representing MSOP clients in court, so she asked for more time.
