Winter storm advisory through 9 a.m.

The National Weather Service in Duluth has downgraded a winter storm warning to a winter weather advisory but has extended the event until 9 a.m. Tuesday for most of the region because of bitterly cold wind chills, blowing snow and slippery roads.
