New law requires trappers to receive training certificate

Mandatory Trapper Education Certificate Minnesota law requires “effective March 1, 2007, a person born after December 31, 1989 who has not been issued a trapping license in a previous license year may not obtain a trapping license without a Trapper Education Certificate.
