Western Lake Superior Sanitary District (WLSSD) elects new officers - three from Carlton County

Duluth, MN--The Board of Directors of the Western Lake Superior Sanitary District (WLSSD) has elected its new slate of officers for 2009-2010 in a unanimous vote at its last Board meeting.
